The flavor profile preferred by the Purveyor of Pre-Owned Possessions is a South Carolina mustard sauce cooked on a Texas Pit (Click HERE to learn how to build your own!). Most of these savages up here in NY have never tasted the Germanic inspired sauce on their pork and are a bit taken aback by the unique flavor. Even mustard haters come around after a few bites. The recipe is below...you must try it--NOW!
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup of cider vinegar
- 3-6 tablespoons of brown sugar to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
